HOW IT WORKS

• Order Cutoff (When will it ship?): To receive the upcoming month’s collection, your order must be placed by the last day of the current month. Example: If you order anytime in November (by November 30th), you are securing the December Issue.
• Batch Shipping: To preserve the traditional feel of classic letter-mail, all letters are prepared and dispatched in two batches: signed up between the 1st and the 14th? Your letter will be shipped on the 15th of the month. Signed up between the 15th and the last day of the month? Your letter will be shipped on the first day of the following month! Because of this, patience is highly appreciated <3
• Shipping & Tracking: All Mail Club letters are shipped worldwide for free using standard stamped envelopes. Please note that tracking numbers are not available for this shipping method. Delivery typically takes from 2 weeks to a month and a half depending on your location.

Double-Check Your Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered perfectly (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers) at the checkout to prevent mail loss or delivery delays. If your letter is lost or runs into issues, please contact me via email <3
