TERMS AND CONDITIONS — MELLTECLA

1. General Information This website is operated by MellTecla. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. For any enquiries: melltecl4@gmail.com
2. Products All products sold on MellTecla (stickers, pins, keychains, badges, prints, and similar items) are physical, ready-to-ship items featuring original designs created by the artist. Product images are representative — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Intellectual Property All designs, illustrations, and graphic content on MellTecla are the exclusive property of the creator and are protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of the designs without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the artwork.
4. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. MellTecla reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of purchase via the methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping MellTecla ships to Italy, the European Union, and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected carrier. MellTecla is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier issues. Any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact melltecl4@gmail.com within the stated timeframe. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact melltecl4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. MellTecla will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability MellTecla is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence, as required by EU consumer protection regulations.
10. Changes to Terms MellTecla reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.
