Refund policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery of the last item on your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at melltecl4@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at melltecl4@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items Mail Club letters are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or the items have been used or damaged.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Legal Guarantee (EU/Italy) In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects in conformity from the date of delivery. If a product proves defective within this period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are also at the customer's expense and will be communicated before purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the last item of their order, without providing any reason. This 14-day window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday — in that case, the deadline moves to the next working day.
