Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Recurring Purchase Options MellTecla offers recurring purchase options (subscriptions) on selected products. By activating a subscription, you authorize MellTecla to automatically charge your saved payment method at the frequency selected at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Billing The subscription price is displayed at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly). You will receive an email notification at least 3 days before each renewal with the amount to be charged.

3. Managing Your Subscription You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account on our website under "Manage Subscription". From there, you can view, modify, pause, or cancel your recurring orders.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period already charged.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Italy) In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of activation without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at melltecl4@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. If the subscription service has already begun with your explicit consent within the withdrawal period, you may be charged for the portion of the service already provided.

6. Late Cancellation If you cancel after your subscription has already been renewed, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the renewal already processed, unless required by applicable law.

7. Modifications You may change the frequency or quantity of your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.

8. Payment Method Charges are applied automatically to the payment method saved in your account. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date. In case of a failed payment, we will notify you and may suspend your subscription until payment is successfully processed.

9. Personal Data The personal data collected in connection with your subscription is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
