HOW IT WORKS

• Subscription & Billing: When you join, you will be billed for your first month immediately. After that, your subscription will automatically renew and bill on the same day each subsequent month. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
• Order Cutoff (When will it ship?): To receive the upcoming month’s collection, your subscription payment must be processed during the current month. Example: If your subscription renews anytime in July (by July 31st), you are securing the August Issue.
• Batch Shipping: To preserve the traditional feel of classic letter-mail, all letters are prepared and dispatched together in a single batch during the first week of the new month. Because of this, patience is highly appreciated <3
• Shipping & Tracking: All Mail Club letters are shipped worldwide for free using standard stamped envelopes. Please note that tracking numbers are not available for this shipping method. Delivery typically takes around 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
