SHIPPING POLICY — MELLTECLA

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Origin Orders are shipped internationally. Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing:

  • Italy & EU: approximately 10–20 business days
  • Rest of Europe: approximately 10–25 business days
  • International: approximately 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or force majeure events.

MellTecla is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment's journey. Tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country's postal service.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MellTecla has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional costs.

6. Free Shipping Free standard shipping is included exclusively with your Baddie Vamps Mail Club monthly subscription (or single issue purchase). Please note that this mail is sent via standard untracked post.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at melltecl4@gmail.com. We will do our best to investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. MellTecla is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
